Add ReviewThe office was killing it. It was nice to see them working together so well even with a waiting room full of chaotic kids. I had to update my insurance information on the phone before they could see me and they waited patiently and kept a spot for me. I would have completely understood if they needed me to reschedule but they didn't even ask. These folks are the BEST!Report
They work really bad in there ….they never agree about nothing and some one say one thing and then the other one say something also ….they just steal your money and don’t provide any service ….don’t recommend at allReport
Bad customer service! Special from the front desk people. They always have an attitude when talking to you. In multiple occasions they cancel my appointments right when I get into the office and won’t give me a solution right away. I would give this office 0 stars if I could.Report
Pésima atención al paciente, actitud prepotente y manipuladora, te cancelan las citas, no ofrecen soluciones. Nada recomendable. Cero en calificación !
Everyone is so nice and pleasantReport

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceReport
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Brident for a cleaning appointment, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've had with a dental practice. While I believe in providing constructive feedback, I cannot overlook the series of mishaps and unprofessional behavior that I encountered.
To begin with, I scheduled a cleaning appointment as a new patient, expecting a smooth and efficient process. However, upon arriving at the office, I was informed that I needed to have X-rays done, despite no prior notification. It was quite disconcerting that the office took their sweet time to contact me in the first place, and then the X-rays had to be retaken because the staff member performing them lacked the necessary expertise.
Once the X-rays were finally taken, I patiently waited for the doctor to review them and proceed with the cleaning. However, the doctor took an unusually long time to examine the X-rays and did not bother to conduct the cleaning at all. This lack of attention and professionalism was extremely disheartening and left me feeling neglected as a patient.
Adding to the frustration, I had to leave the office without receiving the cleaning I had scheduled because of how long I had to wait and had to reschedule my appointment for two weeks later. This rescheduling inconvenienced me greatly, as I had made special arrangements and taken time off in the morning to accommodate the original appointment time.
On the rescheduled day, I arrived promptly at 9 am, eager to finally have my cleaning done. However, my hopes were shattered when I overheard one of the receptionists talking on the phone about rescheduling the 9 am cleaning appointment, unaware that it was mine and that I heard my name. This lack of attention to detail and communication within the office staff was concerning.
The other receptionist then attempted to check me in but claimed that I wasn't on the schedule. She offered to squeeze me in if I gave her an additional 10 minutes, even though I had a reminder card from the office with the exact date and time. Reluctantly, I agreed to wait for 10 minutes, hoping that this time things would proceed as planned.
Unfortunately, even after waiting patiently, I had to approach the receptionist again and inquire about the status of my cleaning. Shockingly, her response was, "the doctor is not here" and if I was willing to wait another 5 to 10 minutes she could maybe do my cleaning. This dismissive and unapologetic attitude towards my time and the inconvenience caused was utterly disrespectful.
I couldn't help but express my disappointment, informing the receptionist that all this time I was aware of the rescheduling of my appointment as I was walking into the office. The entire experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient.
In conclusion, my visit to Brident was undoubtedly the worst dental experience I have ever had. The lack of communication, the mishandling of appointments, and the overall disrespect shown towards me as a patient were completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope that the management of the practice takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that other patients do not have to endure a similar ordeal.
Very satisfied my mother has dementia, they were very understanding and patient. She has more work to be done but the overall experience was great.Report
I was just plain nervous but I needed to go especially since I have dental implants and I have gum issues. The doctor recommended deep cleaning in several places where the implants are and other spots. I'll see how the deep cleanings go. I hope ????.Report
