The staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable . This was my second visit and I was 100 % satisfied with the service both times. It was quick and painless. I highly recommend Brident Dental in Austin. I went to the North Lamar location.

Most unprofessional Dental office I’ve ever been too. They didn’t verify my insurance coverage until I was there for my appointment… lady was on hold forever so instead she called Medicaid to talk about her daughters coverage.. so then I offered to show my ins portal to prove eligibility and move the process along. 40 mins after appt time I was finally to X-rays. This all should have been done before the time of my appointment.

When I made the appointment I asked multiple times to confirm I would be receiving the cleaning that same day. I was told yes. Then appointment day they did X-rays and said I would have to come back for cleaning. When I told him what I was told when making the appointment he said, “we have no control over what the call center says”. Excuse me? I called a 512# to make an appointment. I had no idea it was a “call center” and to tell a patient we have no control over what THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR SAYS- it’s so ridiculous and unprofessional. I then asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was in a meeting. I said I would wait. He never came out of his office to talk to me. He clearly didn’t care. Finally they came to the front and said okay we changed our minds, we’ll do the cleaning today. The cleaning took not even 10 mins. They didn’t floss, they barely poked at my teeth. I have never had such a short cleaning in my life and I don’t think they even did the job correctly. The doctor barely spoke to me. The only person in this office who was kind and did his job well, was the X-ray tech. Everyone else, including the doctor, were incompetent. Showed they do not care about their patients. It’s really heartbreaking to see the way healthcare workers treat patients and how none of them even care in the slightest. “Customer service” does not exist at Brident Dental.

After looking at the reviews I am in shock that so many patients put their trust in the "dental professionals" at this Lamar location. I too had an appointment scheduled to repair my chipped front tooth and when I arrived on time they had no clue I was supposed to be there. Nevertheless the front office manager got me in and took my money . The dentist suggested a root canal and I told her I could not afford that. She got me in the chair and began to drill in mouth then she stopped and asked her assistant to take an X-ray and told me she could not do it. I looked in my mouth and she drilled down my front tooth that was not chipped and then drilled the chipped tooth down to the nerve and told me that she could not fix it because she had to drill down past the " caries" I began to cry and told her I trusted her because she was the professional and that woman left me standing there crying and went to lunch. I feel like such a fool but I wanted my teeth fixed. I have since called my insurance company and they did not even file a claim for me being there for treatment that day. But guess what X-rays don't lie.

Today was a huge change I’ve notice with customer service today. A new Representative name Kimberly, was so nice and finally made me feel welcomed, besides my Doc. Kimberly has very professional customer service skill, and it really stood out to me and this was my first time seeing her here today.

I had a good experience at Brident even though my appointment was rescheduled for aug 19. The staff took a lot of trouble to ensure that they were helpful.
