Thorough inspection conducted, with great feedback. The inspector identified the roof was not to code, which we could address with the seller immediately. The inspection saved me from and expensive surprise later down the track. Thank you!

Bob was punctual, polite, professional and very thorough when conducting an inspection. He took the time to point out the issues and explained to me what may be the causes and effects. Highly recommended and will certainly use Rapid Building Inspections again! Thank you!

Don’t waste your money!
We engaged this company to do a building and pest on a property and the inspector was an absolute disgrace. Kept us waiting for over an hour before he showed up with no call to say he was running late. When we called the company to find out where he was we couldn’t get through on the phone. When he arrived he was rude and abrupt with no apology. The inspection report was rubbish stating there were cracked tiles on the roof ‘to many to count’ leading the buyers to think the whole roof needed repair.
We engaged a plumber and he identified two tiles that were a possible problem.
This same inspector did another report years prior also stating it would cost $10k to fix the roof, it ended up costing $900!
