Wouldn't use again to be honest.
I asked on three separate occasions, both before and after the inspection, that they provide some additional photos of the house for me (as I don't live in the area and can't visit the property), which really is not a big ask, and they still haven't some three weeks later!

The inspection itself was okay, but they really won't go the extra mile for you. Considering how much competition there is do yourself a favour and use someone else, it's your money after all.

I had a great experience, from first contact to receiving my report was just 7 days! Highly recommend and will use again in future.

unfortunately I had a very poor experience using Rapid Building Inspection, they provided incorrect information which lead to the purchase of a house that was made almost entirely out on asbestos, as I was present during the inspection, I even asked if it was necessary to have anything tested and was told not to worry about.

after settling and purchasing the property I renovated the property and within 30 minuets for starting was informed by the builders of the existence of the asbestos in almost every area of the home, fully exposed and uncovered that should have been picked up during the inspection by rapid building inspections

after contacting them and explaining the situation they ignored the issue and provided me with their contract that pretty much stipulates they are not responsible for any of their advice.

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY IT IS ESENTIAL A RUSE AND ARE NO RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTING THEY PROVIDE YOU ARE BETTER OF SAVING YOU $500 AND GETTING INDEPENDENT TESTS OF PROPERTIES

Dear Anton, thank you for your feedback. We have previously addressed your concerns. As you are aware you did not order an asbestos inspection (despite our recommendation that you do so), furthermore an asbestos inspection was specifically excluded from your pre purchase inspection in line with the services you engaged us for and the Australian Standard AS4349.1-2007 which deals with pre-purchase inspections. However, as part of the report provided to you, Rapid very clearly recommended an additional specialist inspection to determine the possible presence of asbestos, a recommendation which was not followed. While we appreciate your concerns, we would encourage you to leave a review that more accurately reflects the circumstances of the services we provided to you. Should you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us.
