The office admine lady acted so fast to liaese with sales agent, inspector and me to make pre-purchase building and pest inspection happened the next morning. The inspector Timothy was punctual. He worked so hard nonstoppingly. He throughly inspected and regestered defects at every parts of the house if there's is any. He explained and answered questions patiently on site. Once paymently is done, the report was in my mail box shortly. From booking to receive the report, the whole process was rapid and professional. Thank you Timothy and the office admin.

Great experience all round for pre purchase building and pest inspection. They were able to get someone in next day (inquired at night) and were also able to provide the written report within the same day. Inspector on site was able to explain the major findings in detail.

The report was done fast within the 7 day period of the contract and was thorough. The inspector Scott also took time to verbally go through any concerns and give good advice. I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

The Inspector Anthony did a professional and thorough job from top to bottom of the house taking clear photos of areas of concern, producing a high quality report. He also responded to my phone calls and took time and care to talk through the report. Also, the company lived by their name booking in the appointment rapidly!
