You let me go though the whole order and pay for it and then in tiny little print you tell it's on back order. I 'am very disappointed and will never order from you again. I also was put on hold for one hour and when it was my turn I got disconnected and then couldn't get though again. I have no idea if I will ever get this order and it was a birthday present.If one star bad that is what I gave you.

Just got our pool delivered and realized it did not come with a liner guard. Found Doheny's online and ordered the liner and a few pool floats on 5/25. Email confirmation explained possible delay due to high sales volume and shipping company being extremely busy. I wasn't sure if the liner would be here by the weekend when we plan to put the pool in. Sure enough, FedEx just delivered the liner and floats(5/27). Excellent customer service and we are thrilled at the expedient packing and shipping. Definitely will use Doheny for other pool needs. Keep up the great work! Family owned in the USA. 5 STARS

They do not return emails, 45 min on hold no answer, fax is busy, 800# was disconnected, I was #415 in a chat waiting for an agent.

Horrible! Stay away from this place!! Trying to scam me out of $560 for a Hayward Pro-Series Sand Filter System they were supposed to have canceled. Currently have a claim with the BBB. They want me to pay to ship back. 69lbs..$260 to ship. Screw you Dohenys. I'll be sure to let everyone in America know what a scandalous company you really are. I believe all these positive reviews are lies. Just like the words that come out of their employees mouths.

I ordered a solar cover. It has been 2 weeks, I have heard nothing other than emails trying to get me to buy more stuff. I get in the online chat, I wait till it gets down to single digits in the queue and then it says that they can't help me. This has happened 5 times now, I think its a scam. The 1-800 number says it has been disconnected. I have left over a dozen emails. They have not responded. I am forced now to call my bank and have them not allow any charges from Doheny's.
