I have used pods for cross country and cross town moves and storage. It is great. Make sure you watch the tutorials as they are helpful and get the insurance it is not much and gives peace of mind. I store my stuff most of the time as well for several months and I have not had any problems. I have also had very difficult driveways where they have parked the pod. I lived on a hill once but they were able to get it straight and level. Another time I had a long gravel driveway and they managed it there too. This last one was really tricky driveway had the begining part literally only 14 feet wide and it was a hard right turn on a very narrow street. But with the experienced drivers they were able to get it into place and pick it up again without going in the yard or causing any problems. I was thrilled! Now my mom and my son are using PODs it is so much easier and without haveing to try and drive those trucks through traffic. Plus you can take your time and pack it the way you want it. Easy, effiencent, and the cost wont break the bank!

Would 10/10 recommend to anyone! Setting everything up was easy and the ability to store my stuff and slowly move things out over a few days was life changing.

We needed the convenience of moving on our time, so having PODS available as long as we needed it was good for us. Every customer service rep we worked with, whether on the phone or during deliveries, was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Yes, we paid a little more for PODS vs a competitor, but the competitors would only allow trucks to sit for a few days. We needed something for about a month, so the extra money was totally worth it for us.
