The drivers that I dealt with were extremely nice and helpful. I would give them a 5 if separated from billing. I work 12, 14, sometimes 24 hours shifts. Therefore I use their website to communicate. I tried several times before my bill was to drop for the month of October. I final had to call customer service and have them set up my pod pickup because the website continued to not let me request a pick up. I was two days past my billing drop date when I called CS. I explained to the lady I didn’t want to pay for another month because I was trying to use the website. They did not have a pickup date until 10/28. I told her I was not authorizing her to withdraw more than the $59 pick up fee. She told me she was only charging me the pickup. Needless to say they took $287 out of my account. I’ve called multiple times and my request for a refund was denied . I called again but they sent up another request and I’ve not received a call or a refund. I’m now reporting it to bank as. Fraudulent charge. This is wrong I work hard for my money and they were not authorized to take another payment just because the pod couldn’t be picked up 9 days after my bill drop. I will never use this come again and I hope others will consider not using them especially if you work hard for your money

PODS was by far the easiest and cheapest way for us to move! We loved how we were able to pack and unload them as we had time. A moving truck was going to be 2-3x the price, and offered so much less convenience!

Be aware of billing issues, customer service center is outsourced and the wait time for getting issued resolved is long. You are billed month to month.

This driver was Punctual, Professional and very Proficient. Mr.Alex, confirmed his ETA, greeted me with a proud smile while preparing and inspecting the exterior of the POD. His arrival into subdivision was with great reverence for the community and my personal driveway. He proceeded with caring caution and diligent. However what sealed the deal for me was the excellent care he handled my LOADED pod. There was very minimal shift and my driveway has a steep incline and decline. I heard no interior movement.
Thanks, Alex! You made up for the customer service lacking. The customers service/quotes need improvement and consistency. I was told one thing regarding on-site storage at the time of obtaining quote. Upon me being ready for pickup. I was hit was a surprisingly amount to store the Pod. Overall, the convenience is a game changer.

My PODS experience was very good. They delivered exactly what they offered and did not charge any hidden fees. All the stored items were exatly as I left them, not one thing was broken or damaged.
