The container was in good shape other than difficulty with the door and latches. The pod arrived damaged at our new place. The door was stuck, the driver had to use a crow bar to get it open and our stuff was damaged.I called to tell them about this and the driver reported it also. They stated they would call me back in 3 days. No call occurred. This was the first time and only time we will ever use pods for relocating.Report

I had a POD container long term in my driveway. The roof of the pod buckled up at a seem and allowed rain into POD. Approximately 50% of my stored items in the POD were ruined. The POD was not damaged by an act of GOD, it was a defect in the roof.Report
I am still waiting on resolution of the issue.

The POD delivery driver in Hixson TN went above and beyond to make my sister in law feel comfortable. The only downside was didn't know I have to schedule transportation after I scheduled pickup. We lost a week of our 30-day rental on that oversight. POD here in Manteca CA were very professional when we came to unload on their property.Report
