I have been going to Kelly's classes for almost 2 years and this is the only exercise routine I have ever stuck with for any length of time. I find myself looking forward to each class because I know how great I will feel afterward! Kelly's classes are fun, but challenging and her nutritional tips, advice, and email support make all the difference!Report
