She pushes you to do your best, and educates you on important facts about nutrition and health at the same time. I have followed her "tips" and information she has given, and have seen amazing results. I am stronger and healthier than I have been in a long time!! If you are serious about change in your life, give this a shot. You will not be disappointed!! (And the women that attend the classes with me are amazing! I got Kelly's name through a friend of mine several years ago. I started working out with her than and have been for a few years. She offers classes that are never boring and high energy! She also offers bootcamps as well. Definantly the best workouts I have ever had by any one person. I would highly recommend her if you are a beginner or just bored at you gym. You will see results!Report

As am homeschooling mom of six, it is always a challenge to find time to exercise, but Kelly's short, but intense workouts have been an answer to my prayer about getting my body back into shape without sacrificng too much time away from my family. I've lost over 30 lbs in less than a year through Kelly's classes and nutrition advice while only spending 20-45 minutes exercising a WEEK!. She pushes you to your limit with her creative and no nonsense workouts, but helps you succeed through her positive and encouraging example. I highly recommend her!Report
