If your looking to have a fun workout then Kelly's Fitness is definitely what you are looking for! After looking around for different type workout classes i never found anything fun! Kelly makes it fun and you really feel each and every workout to its fullest! Try Kelly's Fitness and i promise you wont be disappointed!!

I've been "working out" for 38 years and have a tendency to be drawn outside, but Kelly's class is worth coming inside for. She changes things around so you are never bored and always challenged. Even though her classes are challenging she always gives options to modify the workout so even a beginner can attend her classes and be motivated to come back for more. It is extremely fun,informative and rewarding to be a participant in the classes that Kelly offers and the people I've met are amazingly friendly. Must be endorphins!!!

Kelly's Fitness is absolutely wonderful! Not only does she motivate you to do your best, she also makes sure you have proper form so that you get the highest results possible. I also love that she offers nutritional guidelines as well as the newest research on techniques! If you want to see results while having fun, this is certainly the place to go!

She tailors routines based on individual fitness level, offering modifications to keep the workouts safe, yet effective.
