First time getting my haircut with Hanif. Incredibly satisfied. Tonsor’s aesthetic was enjoyable. My cut was perfect. I’ve been going to the same barber for years prior to moving to Vancouver. I received multiple compliments on on my haircut and was even asked what barber it was who did it. I recommend Tonsor for anyone looking for the next step up in their barber experience.

I took my son to Tonsor for a cut, he loved it! He especially liked the Decor and comfy chairs. I never know what cut suits my son or what to tell the barber to do…Hanif was confident and more than capable of taking over and giving my son the best cut.

The best barber shop in town and it's not even close. Hanif lives up to his master barber title. He pays attention to every small detail and what the customer wants. Anyone working for him in his shop knows what they're doing. Easy 5 starts.

Came in earlier at 3pm and told me no walk-In is available but gave me an appointment for 5pm I arrive 10 mins early and have a seat only to find out the appointment isn’t an appointment rather a suggestion. Makes no sense and they tell me wait an hour for another opening which someone else might make an “appointment” for. Terrible customer service. This being one of the higher end barber shops money was never the issue. I will not return for the free haircut offered as I cannot continue to waste my time with unprofessional people.
