We had a great experience selling them a family property when my in laws passed. Connie and Jeremiah were kind, fair, and professional. From initial phone call to closing day, we were very happy with the decision to sell to them vs listing on the market (and I'm a real estate broker in FL). I was on the fence about getting rid of a rental property that I have had for years when Jermiah from SCHB approached me and we agreed on a reasonable sale price. He and his team (Connie) were extremely fair and professional throughout the process. He was very patient in working with me on a closing date as I needed to get my tenants to move out. He was constantly in touch with me throughout the process and made it very seamless. He and his legal team did all the work. I just needed to show up to the closing and collect my money! Great people to work with. They did everything on my timeline. all we had to do for the closing was be available by phone because we had already moved. We were able to leave whatever contains of the house we didn't want in the house and they got rid of it for us. Super Easy and Super Friendly. Thank you

I can’t say enough about the experience I’ve had with Suffolk Home Buyers from the first phone call to the closing. Everything was made to be easy, simple and very fast.. no matter how many questions we had, the assistant we dealt with Connie, was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with, she stayed on top of everything and kept us up to date regularly.

After almost a year on MSL without receiving any offers, we decided to look into companies offering cash deals. Six companies inspected the house and made offers that I would characterize as not offers but rather steals. Fortunately, at that point I found Connie Waters at Suffolk County House Buyers. In that we were new to selling a house and totally unfamiliar with cash deal buyers our experience with Connie proved to be invaluable. I found her to be unique in that she provided, on numerous occasions, extensive information on the selling of a house with never giving the impression that she wanted to limit the discussions. She was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated professionalism in every aspect

As a result, we negotiated a selling price, significantly more that the previous offers received, and completed a timely closing without any complications.

Based on my overall experience with the original six cash deal companies I would strongly suggest anyone considering selling their property to cash deal companies to contact Suffolk County House Buyers. Without hesitation I would rate Suffolk County House buyers five Stars.

I would def recommend Suffolk County House buyers for anyone looking to sell a house quickly and easily. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I never thought the process could be so effortless, but it really was. My mom lived in this house for 45 years and it couldn’t of been easier for her and my family. No wasted time and money on repairs that would be necessary to do if the house was put on the market, but wouldn’t of gotten her any more money in return. Jeremiah Dalton bought the house as is and came through on everything he promised he’d do. No games! 10 out of 10 in my book.

We were very happy with selling our home through Suffolk Home Buyers. They made the process extremely comfortable and did exactly what they said they would do. No playing games, no lies just straightforward deal. Finding Suffolk Home Buyers after dealing with a few others was a blessing. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell your home quickly. We entered into contract 2/28 and closed on 4/11! That fast! We are still reeling from how quickly it went. Thank you Karen. I know you had previous people agree to buy your house but in the end they didn’t come through. I’m so glad we were able to make it a smooth transaction and we exceeded your expectations. That’s always the goal !!

I met Jeramiah through a real estate group and thought it would be great to meet and share ideas, little did I know I would become part of his private investor team. From our first meeting I knew this was a person of the utmost integrity. I soon learned he ran his real estate business like his personal and family life with values and morals. When I asked Jeramiah why I wasn't having success in buying and rehabbing homes he explained his philosophy and process. It was about helping people on the buy and sell side and in doing so he would make a fair profit.
He explained my biggest error Greed! Not in those words he is to polite, he explained It would be difficult to be successful with my formulas. He would rather build a safe,comfortable beautiful home and sell it fast at a fair price and go on to the next one. More deals at a lower profit. He closes more deals so professionals bring him more people in need, contractors get more work so they show up and do quality work and get paid, people like me lend money feeling secure in his ability, brokers sell more homes quicker, more home buyers get beautiful homes at a fair price, repeat! The Universe is a better place because of the work Jeramiah does.
I highly recommend working with him. He is a man of his word, a person who can be trusted.
