I contacted Suffolk County House Buyers when I was ready to sell my house. They were very professional, and courteous. They gave a great offer for my house. I'm very happy to have sold it to them. I highly recommend if you're ready to sell your house, to call them first.

I received a single flyer from Suffolk County House Buyers in the mail just days before I decided to field offers to buy my house. I accepted SCHB offer and found them, from initial contact to closing, to be very professional. They accommodated my needs and requests and the whole process was seamless and smooth.
I would recommend them to anyone interested in an as-is sale.

Caroline we are very sorry to have upset you. Anytime someone asks to be removed we gladly do it. If for some reason that didn’t happen, it was not intentional. Our goal isn’t to offend anyone, but rather let them know we are here as a resource if they need us .

Constantly get unwanted mails and phone calls to sell my house!! Leave us alone!! This is harrassng. If people wanted to sell there homes they will call you and not you calling them. I will be reported to better business bureau asap.

The decision to sell our family home was not an easy one. A lot of what’s best about life happened under that roof—birthdays, holidays, bbqs, sleep overs, weddings, and parties “just because.” But my Mom had passed and my Dad was in assisted living. I was solicited by text message regarding my house and if I wanted to sell. I blew it off like most of these unsolicited text massages I get. As it turned out many months later life choices led me to moving my family out of state and I needed to sell my house quick. I remembered the text I had gotten months prior so searched my messages and found Connie. I called her and got some background on the company. After talking for a while everything seemed legit so I decided to have one of their reps come out to take a look at my home and make me an offer. The offer was reasonable so I agreed to sell. I can say that the transaction was quick and easy. No bank hassles or any other agencies to deal with. Company was a pleasure to deal with.
