Im Kaila, and Me Happy is where I share the journey to happiness with you. Sometimes Happy is Hard. Happy at times can feel like a chore. But being happy is what makes your life go from just existing to completely living. I mindfully leave glitter of happy in my world. I lost my happiness for a very short time. I worked hard every day for years to get it back and am grateful. I work mindfully every day to stay being Happy. Somedays are more challenging than others it is real life after all. I hope to share ways for you to find your happiness through lessons, tips, articles, music and photos. Some are free and some may have a fee, Im happy but I still have to live.
