I recently bought a Rempod, EMP Pump and a Spirit Music box and what can I say I ordered on the Friday it arrived on the Sunday and it all works perfectly. I did have a bit of a mare with the Music Box but that was completely down to user error and when I emailed to find out what was wrong I was emailed back straight away by Sam and was taken through what the problem could be and it was resolved all the while being really happy to help. All in all a completely and utterly impressive company and operation from start to finish just a shame I couldn't give them more stars we shall definitely be using them for all our tech needs going forward.

Purchased a rem bear from this company and it’s just awful quality. Doesn’t work properly and when I contacted them, the person I dealt with was SO rude! I couldn’t believe it. Do not buy from them - nothing but hassle

I brought a green laser pen, which creates dots on the wall in the dark. The idea is that if a spirit passes through it, it will distort the dots.
Honestly, I will buy from you again. The pen arrived super fast and its so easy to use. I used it on a ghost hunt the other weekend and it worked so well. The area that it lights up is also quite a big area. The only thing is you have to try and stay still... which when scared have to say wasn't easy! (hahah)
But, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to everyone, looking to ghost hunt. The website is so easy to order from and a good range of products to choose from and I love the articles on the website. So much knowledge. So thank you very much!

So after much hunting (no pun intended), I found the Spirit Shack. Sam was so patient answering my thousand questions. Placed the order late and it was delivered by 1pm yesterday (we paid for faster shipping).

Excellent products. One of the plugs was American but I have an adapter so not that bothered. Some bits are rechargeable and others need batteries. Overall I am so impressed with the service received and also the products that I will definitely be back.

Played with the flux2 last night and we got our first response within ten minutes - really happy
