The inspectors were very friendly and respectful of our time and very thorough as my wife and I are first time homeowners. He even offered to step out of the house for a while to let us discuss our opinions candidly. The actual process of waterproofing our basement was relatively painless. The workers were a bit loud, but were overall respectful towards my wife when there was one day that she was left alone in the house. They cleaned up well after themselves and did their best to keep things tidy. After all the snow melted we could really tell the quality of the work they did and our sump pump has been working smoothly to keep our basement dry. Overall we are very pleased with the work and happy with our experience with Everdry.

This company is truly professional and reliable, and they even offer a $40 annual warranty that is worth every penny. As soon as I had a problem with my sump pump a few years ago, they sent someone to replace it right away.
