Everdry waterproofed our basement 4 or 5 years ago... no problems since what so ever! Peace of mind, thank you!

Everydry Waterproofing did a very good job on waterproofing my basement in 2013. So far this season it has been dry. The workers were very thorough on the job and answered all my questions.

I spent more than $20,000 with 3 other companies. Each one promised a "lifetime warranty." Each company was out of business in 2 years and their warranties meant nothing! Everydry's workers, salespeople and customer service people are all great! I can't thank them enough...they are still in business and the warranty means something!

Everdry fixed our basement in 2010 and did the inside and outside perimeter. We had one small problem a few years ago and they came and fixed it at no cost to us. Initially, we hired one of those "fly by night" companies who recommended that we only fix part of the inside perimeter. After a short time it leaked again and they wanted to do another few feet and charge us another couple thousand. We said no and got our money back because we had paid by credit card. Their cost per foot was also way more than what Everdry. We feel that Everdry is one of the best companies we've worked with as homeowners.

We purchased our home in 2009 as a foreclosure in Macomb, MI. There were rod hole leaks in the basement and several areas with visibly (!) flowing water running to the floor drains. The basement was partially finished (studs and drywall along all exterior basement walls) so finding the leaking holes would have potentially required a lot of demolition. We decided to go with Everdry based on the recommendation of a friend who knew someone who worked there as well as other reviews online. We are glad we did! We chose the flexible scheduling plan which would give us a 24-hour window when Everdry could work us into their schedule for a nice discount. The workers were all extremely courteous and cleaned up VERY well after the job was finished. Our job required a new drain tile to be added as well as the exterior of the basement walls to be inspected for cracks - which were repaired all the way to the footings. A wonderful job! A new sump pump was also added adjacent to the existing sump pump, which gives us quite a bit of protection from water buildup (high clay soil) during the rain and melting snow. Another great benefit of Everdry is the lifetime warranty. Our sump pump was running constantly and I didn't know what the problem might be. I used my limited knowledge to try some things, but wasn't able to get it to shut off. They had a technician out there the SAME day to replace the sump pump with a newer model for free (no labor, no parts = best customer satisfaction ever!). I would highly recommend Everdry if you currently have any problems in your basement. We have not had any water over the last 4 years leak into our basement, and that peace of mind is priceless. If you are going to finish your basement, I would also recommend investing in Everdry!
