They try to keep your tank full, rather than just supplying the amount of propane you need. They sent the driver out right after bringing gas, knowing I don't need more yet, because they needed the money. Now when I need gas I have to pay an extra fee because they sent him out twice, knowing I didn't need gas. We're all trying to hold tight to our coins during this pandemic, so respect that on the business owner's side as well. If you're considering using them, make a set delivery schedule as soon as you know your usage needs.

Very pleased with the response and service from Discount Propane. An irrigation issue caused complications with the gas tank. Daniel came out and immediately understood how to resolve the situation. Shortly after the diagnosis, Daniel was here with a tractor redoing the work of the initial to resolve this issue caused by irrigation.

If it wasn't for the fact that I use their tank for my pool heater I would not use them at all. I called for an estimate on some gas line install. The customer service rep Christina said he will be at my house between 1 and 3pm. He never showed at 3 so I went back to work. I get a call at 3:35 from Christina saying the tech was on his way and will arrive in 20-30 mins. I told her to tell him to not come. She asked why so I told her he missed his window and before I could tell her I went back to work she gets an attitude with me. She tells me that the window is an estimate and it could be longer and I never know how long it's going to take him to do an estimate. I would think for as many years this company has been in business they would know how to schedule appointment a little bit better. I had another company come out yesterday for the same reason and they actually gave me an exact time they were going to be at my house. To top that they showed up at my house early. I guess I know who will be getting my $3k for this job.

We contacted this company back in July, 2018 spoke to Abigail, they came out gave us a quote took measurement grantee us the equipment will fill for an underground tank. We waited 2 months for the appointment of September 26,2018 the guy comes equipment doesn't fit through our gate, now we have to wait for new permits, we were informed we were going to top priority. In the beginning of October we called 3 times to find out about installation they blamed the county for the delay, we went to city hall to find out what's the hold up to only find out they submitted the paperwork October 17 and above October 18. We called that Monday to only be told they are waiting on the county, we informed them we knew about the paperwork and its ready. They then wait 3 days to calls us back to give us an installation date of November 5th from 11 to 1. Mind you since September 26 we have been receiving a bill for service we have not received, we called to get that corrected 4 times already to be told to ignore it. We received an email hand written bill from the company we called twice today as its 2:58 and they haven't shown up to start the installation. One was for again the bill and the 2nd call around 1pm to find out they are running late. They didnt call us we have been calling them, this company is a joke if you cant speak to anyone else about your account only to the person who started it they don't update anything in the system, they do not put a note in the folder/system. The worst company and no customer service.

the worst company out there, they can never power my gas or solve my pool heater problem. In addition to never having a schedule, I have been more than 8 months trying to attend to the poor service they provide and I have already paid for this horrible service. I would never recommend it!
