I read the reviews initially and was concerned but I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Discount Propane. I was on the fence for a while and they were friendly and helpful the entire time. Install went smoothly and everything was set up properly, no issues.Report
They fill the tank regularly and every time I call in they are pleasant and helpful. I just called with a request to fill my tank before the weekend and they said they would try but no gtd. They have already showed up and filled the tank. I have no issues paying the fee for same day requests as now my daughter will be able to have a heated pool for her bday party.
I would definitely recommend discount propane to our friends.

Horrible, worst compan so far they were suppose to install the tanks and run the lines for propane since July 2021 , there was a delay with the appliance so we had to wait, which I alway commuicate with then. I sent all the information for permits since July and was told last week Oct 15 they are having issue with the permit. they showed up without calling and letting us know they were comming ready to install, but the appliance was not here yet. Now they are telling us till Dec to install. Horrible customer service, they told me I had a partial install which is not true. The last word is they will try to get us , not waiting looking for another company. I will not recommed this company .Office staff don't know what they are doing .Report

Needed a new Pool heater and I called Jasmine for an estimate. She was knowledgeable courteous and respectful. The offer for replacement was better than any pool supply store. Waitng for delivery and I will follow up on the installation and service. I would highly recommend that you call them and compare them with other suppliers.
