We were pleased with our new Spa cover. The ordering process was simple while utilizing the Spa-Mart website. I was able to simply select the make/model of our spa and the website populated the measurements which assisted to verify my own measurements. We did not request the rush shipping, however, we did receive our cover within the 4-6 week turn around window. I received an email apologizing for the delay due their manufacturing warehouse closure as a result of COVID-19. I would highly recommend ordering a new spa cover through Spa-Mart!

They wanted to change me for their mess up, they took responsibility for the wrong dimensions. On a smart phone it does not show where they claim to say customer is responsible for dimensions. I got screwed for over $600. As other have posted. Stay away from them

My order came wrong. Customer service said I could mail the product back at my own cost. Don't buy from here.

Just received and installed my cover. Fits good, looks good, I'd give it 5 stars but have to see how it weathers this winter in CT. 2 thumbs up to customer service.

I ordered a custom spa cover in early December and it said it would take 6-10 weeks to arrive. I got it in about 4 and it looks great and fits perfect.

Ordered from them numerous times in the past with no problem. Placed latest order 12-15-18. It is now 1-10-19 and still haven't received order. Have called numerous times-get put on "hold" my an automatic system forever then get asked to leave a message. Left numerous messages for a callback and sent a message over their website with no response. Calling credit card company to dispute charges and will look for a new source in the future.

Hated to give them even 1 star. I ordered a spa cover May 4, 2018, didn't get it till August & 2.4 MONTHS later it is stinking REALLY bad. It is located in a new construction home, in the covered screened in porch with a fan. We took it all apart, took the insides out, washed EVERYTHING with mild soapy water but it didn't help. We believe made in China products were used, probably like the Drywall Horror story from hurricanes in FL in 2005, houses built and had to be abandoned because of Chinese Drywall, google it. I think this is what is happening here. RUN RUN RUN. They said if I pay to ship this ENORMOUS spa cover back, they will inspect it, YEAH RIGHT, as if they would admit to a problem. I hope more people will take the time to complain, use the BBB too.

Ordered spa filter, they charged my account. Two weeks later no filter, called in the morning after two weeks..said the would get back to me...never did. I had to call them back a second time. Said the order got lost and would ship.out. still no filter even though they have my money. Will be contacting BBB, file a dispute with my bank. And will never use them again.
