An ice storm destroyed our hot tub cover at our rental property. Placed a rush order on 2/23/2022 and received our cover on 3/3/2022. While expensive when doing a rush order, well worth it if you are in a pinch.

DO NOT do business with these CROOKS! No customer service at all,. Bought a spa cover a year ago, started coming apart at the seam within a month. Contacted the company, was told to send Pics, so I did, got an automated response that they were reviewing it. I've called several times, e-mailed many times, no one will respond. Once they take your money, you will NEVER hear from them again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I bought a basic cover five years ago, and it lasted a couple of years - no complaints. When I bought my new cover, I upgraded to the five year cover (twice the price). It failed in 2 1/2 years, and Spa-mart will not honor the warranty, which by the way, only appears to only cover three years on the foam. What else fails? In fact, they have ghosted me completely.

I ordered a hot tub cover in July, and have heard nothing about when I would receive it since. Calls to customer service, as well as service tickets, have not been answered. I had hoped to have the new cover before snow made it difficult to install.

We measured our hot tub, confirmed those measurements upon calling and talking with someone about what we were needing. We submitted our order with those correct measurements. We received our cover promptly, but it was short 15 inches in foam on one side. Upon emailing and calling, we received no assistance with how to resolve and was told someone would call us back to help. It has been a week and still no reply. So, we will now engineer our own "fix" for the shortcomings of this cover, which is frustrating given the almost $800 we spent. So disappointed in the cover and the customer service.

Well, I have been lied to and I have been ignored for over a month, I understand protocol from the pandemic so my issue isn't impartial.
I ordered the cover back in may, with no follow up naturally, so I contacted them to see what was going on and it has been so difficult. Mind you, I am a patient person. I have been very understanding through the new adaptation within the pandemic. But for a month I’ve been promised a tracking email, and yesterday I was vocal about my urgency since the item is for a rental. We have had issues with our tenants because of this. This company made our company suffer with customers and that’s when I drew the line. I have not received an email, I have left multiple voice mails I I was ASSURED to be sent the information yesterday. Needless to say I’ve received nothing. I have called and I am being ignored. This wasn’t the first time we did business with them. But I’m sure it will be the last. As I type this I’ve called customer service for the 7th time.

Incredibly pleased with my order of a hot tub cover. I received a hot tub from a friend that was in immediate need of a new cover otherwise i was unable to use the hot tub. I had to pay for the upgraded processing and had the cover in the exact amount of time they said it would arrive. I am very impressed with the quality and craftsman ship of the cover i ordered

Ordered my spa cover on 6/21 Received it on 7/20. My leisure bay hot tub is 30 years old and is 2 cut corners, so I always have to special order my cover. This cover looks as good as any that I've purchased over the years. I live in NJ so these covers take a beating because of the weather and this looks like premium materials were used through out. They actually had my model listed in their data base which makes ordering the right dimensions a no brainier.

Purchased Spa Cover lift that did not work. Paid extra for a lift that aligned with Master Spa products but product received does not fit on Master Spas. Seller refused to pay for return shipping and charged re-packaging and re-stocking fee. Returned over 20 days ago but still no refund. Bottom line seller does not stand behind products sold. I am out over $400 because I believed in Spa-Mart.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered spa chemicals and filters that they said were in stock and ready to ship. Ordered on April 6 and still don't have them. They are claiming that they ship out within 5-7 days. I have emailed and called several times and I get told a different answer every time. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. At this rate they won't be in business very long.
