Thanks Rod for being a lifesaver. I called you before the day you came over and promptly responded with a time you can come. On your way, you text me you were on your way with the estimate time of arrival. You quickly got to the root of the problem. Mind you, just one month ago, I had someone look at my ac unit. You took the time to explain and show me the problem. You had the part on hand and it was done. But that was not the end, you made sure there were no other problems. I greatly appreciate you for your due diligence. I will be calling you again if other problems share arrives. I will also recommend you to others.
