Great job is the best description, he was able to squeeze me in two days early, he was very professional, found and fixed more than just the ac issue, explained what he found and how he fixed the problems and the price was reasonable. In addition, he followed up the next day because the furnace side of my hvac system needed to unfreeze before I could use my ac.

Short version: Highly recommended - Aaac Service / Rod came to my rescue in short order today (literally arrived at my house within 20 minutes of my call since he wasn't far from me at the time), bringing with him a professional and very friendly attitude, along with a wealth of knowledge. He had my issue diagnosed quickly, fixed my issue and had my AC back on in less than 30 minutes.

Long Story: I live in McDonough Ga and ran into some troubles with my home AC and did as much work to my condenser unit as I could on my own before I had to make the call to a real professional. I looked up AC repair in McDonough GA on the internet and saw that Aaac had a 5 star review, so that's the number I called ... and I can tell you that after my experience today, the 5 star rating is well deserved!

Upon calling Aaac, Rod said he was just a little ways from me and could be at my house in 25 minutes ... he arrived in less than 20 mins!

We discussed what was going on with my system and Rod went straight to work, Rod did some troubleshooting of my system, addressed several areas of concern, and within less than 30 minutes of his arrival, he had my system back up and running.

More importantly, Rod took the time to address (my many questions) and explain the details of my overall system with me, but he also took the time to show me how to perform preventative maintenance to avoid future issues.

I've always been a DIY kinda guy, but I know my limits, I knew I needed a pro to help me figure this issue out and that's exactly what I got ... I just didn't realize I was going to get such a nice and patient guy to walk me through it and help me learn all the aspects of my system ... Kudos to you, Rod, job well done, sir!!
