We have had the pleasure of working with Pathway on several projects and are always impressed with their level of quality, attention to detail and communication during the remodel process. Their skills are top notch!

Pathway turned our old unfinished craftsman basement into an ADU. We had no prior experience with home renovations. The process could not have been more smoother and transparent from the design phase and throughout the construction phase. They worked closely with our architect to find innovative design solutions that met our goals while staying within our budget. Everything was detailed out in the scope of work, so there were no major surprises. Our lead carpenter was amazing to work with and we have been extremely impressed with the quality of his work and the trade partners. He was exceptional in problem solving and paid great attention to every detail. We appreciated the high standards of health and safety protocols that were put in place (very important for us because of the old lead paint in the house and we have little kids and it was also during the pandemic). Throughtout the construction, they were very responsive and was easy to communicate with and helped to address any unexpected issues or questions promptly. We felt our project overall was handled with a lot of care and we highly recommend Pathway.

We are on our third project with Pathway at our home. We keep coming back because of their attention to detail and project needs and highly finished end product.

From start to finish Pathway made our 4 month project stress free and fun. Paul and his entire team were professional, reliable, accountable, and true craftsmen.

I can not recommend Pathway enough. We can't wait to start phase 2 with them.

Pathway did a major remodel/addition for us in 2013/2014 and the end result was fabulous.

There were no unpleasant surprises, they were great to work with, they met their estimates.

What more can you ask?

Everyone at Pathway was responsive, helpful, kind, and had amazing attention to detail. We would highly recommend this company for any project, large or small. Plus, they finished on-time and UNDER BUDGET. Basically a miracle.

The entire Pathways team exceeded our expectations at every turn. Not only were they easy and fun to work with; each member of the team knew their stuff, was prompt and courteous, and delivered high-quality products. Was our remodel more expensive than we thought it would be when it was just a dream? Sure. But the value of working with true professionals was worth every penny. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent experience with Pathway. They were professional, kept our home clean after they were done working for the day, and gave us the beautiful end result we were looking for. They turned our dark, old lawnmower-storage shed into our bright, clean master bathroom. We will recommend them to everyone!

Our basement project was a great success. It was done on time. Workers were very professional and had excellent suggestions for making the overall project go smoothly even with changes. Have recommended Pathway to friends and neighbors.
