USS is my go-to vendor for everything related to foundation concerns and repairs. Chad with USS has never steered my clients or me wrong and I trust him completely with all foundation questions and concerns. USS is loyal and trustworthy and Chad with USS will continue to be my first call.

USS installed Titan adjustable steel support posts in our basement. The staff was very responsive, and they made it such a smooth process. We really appreciate DeMarcus and Adam M's hard work. Very impressed. Matt Bradshaw came out to look at a developing crack in our brickwork. He was very patient to explain what he found and why he didn’t think it was a foundation issue but rather a water leak. He did not try to sell us unneeded repairs, and gave us an idea of the next steps that we should investigate. He was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer of USS for several years. I have always been very satisfied with their quality of work and the employees that come out. I want to thank Bart for the pre-work visit and taking the time to explain everything . The same for Demarcus and Darion today. They were on time, polite and did their job well. I received an explanation of what was done and pictures to show what was done to my house. The foundation on part of my home was failing and needed to be repaired and supported. Bryce and his crew did a great job fixing the problem. They were very professional, explained everything and answered all questions. I would highly recommend them.

I hate to be the one who complains, but disappointed is an understatement. Should of got three estimates as we had one company come out and said we had foundation issue, USS said we needed floor raised only. Raising the floor that they did caused more damage than before and still did not fix most problems. The floors are still off level. There are still humps and dips in floor. Doors still will not shut. It will cost thousands of dollars to fix the damage to walls and ceilings. If known then what we know now, we would not of had them lift the floor. I could go on and on but that just makes me more angry. Please do your due diligence before letting them raise your floor. I'm still finding damage to walls. My opinion, they are not the stand up company that would have you believe. USS came out the second time and a 5th time to look and see if foundation or floor needed lifting. I had already had one person say it was foundation problem. He could do foundation for $29,000 and when I told Chris that his responce was we can't do it for that. Then was told it was a floor issue and quoted half of the other quote. I let USS lift the floor which has turned out to be a nightmare. The first time they came, the guys only stabilized the floor. Did little to no leveling. Humps still in floor, dips still in floor and doors still will not shut. The second time they came out I was told that you have to level front to back and side to side, which the first guys did not do. The second group started cranking and cranking and my wife yelled out for me to come see this. They busted the drywall in the ceilings upstairs and walls very bad. Their responce was," it happens". I made them stop. After they left I found busted drywall and cracks in tile walls downstairs also. Not only did we pay over $14,000 to level floor but incurred over $4000 (thousand ) in damage. Floors still not level and have dips in them. Doors still will not shut. The third time they came, I was told by Chris that "We Were A Casualty of War". We got about 60 percent of what we payed for and that is being generous. I will not let them adjust anymore unless they take responsibility for any more damage. They said no. Was told also on the third visit that when they adjust that much, that we were to sign a wavier for damage that could occur. We did not and if presented with one we never would of signed one. I'm writing this so one of you would not become " A Casualty of War." Do your due diligence when picking USS. I don't like posting things like this but $14,648.00 is alot of money plus the damage cost. They didn't do what they were hired to do. Being told " It Happens" and " Your a causality of War" is not professional. I truly don't know what my next step will be. Your home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever buy, and should be treated like such. I could write more of what their men said, but why should I. Complained to the BBB and whomever answered their responce told untruths. This tells me the character of their workers if they did not tell the truth and the integrity of USS. Some branches of USS may be in good standards, but this group is not. I bet the owner would not like the customer being treated the way we were, and told the things we were told by their employees.

Chad came out to give me a second opinion/quote on some foundation work. When he saw the the previous owner of our home had already had work done using their competitor, TFS, he said he wouldn't recommend having us hire him to do the work. He was concerned that their work might void the warranty of TFS's previous work. I was impressed by his willingness to forgo business for himself for my own best interest. I thought that was a first-class way to do business. If I was starting from scratch, I would have probably hired them.
