Frank A. Makoski, CGR, CAPS, a custom home builder since 1976, is a member of the Better Business Bureau of Cleveland, the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), Home Builder's Association of Cleveland (HBA), NAHB Remodelor's Council, HBA Registered Builder Committee, NAHB  Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), and has won numerous awards including the most prestigious Cleveland Choice Awards  for the “Judges Choice Award of Excellence”, “Best Architectural Custom Home of the Year”, “Best Kitchen Renovations” and “Best Interior Renovations” for three consecutive years , and has been awarded the HBA's “Presidential Recognition Award” for his participation in creating the first HBA Remodeling Warranty.
