Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Renton

The hotel is fine for basic business travel. The rooms are dated, and can use some renovations and upgrades, such as new carpets, wallpapers, newer/larger TVs, and brighter lighting. Also, my bathroom fan did not work, which is not good for odors and steam. The hallways could use new wallpaper, carpet, and better lighting.

Breakfast is *not* included, though coffee is free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is near a highway, but it's not too loud due to thick walls and insulated windows.

Great hotel, staff and accomodations. Easy access to the freeway and all the shopping and restaurants. We will stay here everytime!

My son and I had a great stay at this hotel. We definitely will return back to the property the next time we're in Seattle.

What an absolute pit of a hotel. Exceptionally dirty facility with run down rooms and services. Avoid at all cost!

One of my good experiences to stay couple nights at this place as it's very good place to stay for a reasonable price. Also Staff & service were good and friendly. Rooms were clean and great. Thanks for the good hosting.

Front desk staff laughing about a complaint when we checked in. Nearly ever time we talked past the front desk someone was complaining. The rooms were not clean, bathroom floor had hair and dirt all over. You could see stains on the wall behind the bed. Carpet was stained. When it was mentioned this morning to the front it was clear they did not care. Would never stay again.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. The lady at the office couldn't care less how disgusting everything was. The bedding wasn't changed, a huge hair ball on the floor, boogers on the curtain, the air filter smelling like cigarettes. The hallways just smell moldy. A red flag should've been the 5+ people complaining over the phone and the front desk associates just laughing at them. I never leave bad reviews but I was just appalled by the condition of this hotel.
