For prompt treatment, we offer walk-in appointments, or you can book online. Bond Vet's mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — we know pets and pet parents typically don't look forward to vet visits, and we don't think it has to be that way. We reimagined the experience, with warm and welcoming clinics, neutral lighting, hydration stations, dog treat bars and comfortable furniture. But our differences are not just aesthetic — we have an in-house technology team who builds better veterinary tools to make it easy for pet parents to book appointments and vets to log records and communicate with clients. We know price is a real factor when it comes to vet care, and we don't enjoy surprises, so we offer options and upfront pricing when it comes to diagnostics and next steps. We'll never pressure you into doing more tests and treatments than you are comfortable doing, and we'll help you file pet insurance claims because we know that's a process. In addition to urgent care treatment, Bond Vet offers a wide range of veterinary services including routine wellness exams, vaccinations, dental cleanings, spays, neuters, mass removal, orthopedic surgeries and more. This was our first time visiting the new Bond Vet at the East Village location. The staff was so friendly and showed genuine concern for my Misty Rose and her ear infection. The waiting area was well lit and they have a snack bar full of dog treats. Dr Bunni Tan and her assistant were so gentle with Misty Rose. I appreciated how Dr. Tan patiently explained to me what was going on with Misty as I was taking notes for myself. I will definitely be coming back again.Report

Staff is super friendly! Multiple staff came and gave pets and treats to my pup- she literally drags me in when we pass Bond. Knowledgeable and breaks everything down for me so I feel like I understand and have more control over what’s going on. 5 stars all around!Report

The vet and the staff was super nice and informative, and the front desk was nice too, great place. But a little too pricy. I was charged $125 for a 15 minute visit. If you can afford the high prices, this is the place to go.Report

I love that appointments are very easy to schedule online and that I can schedule same day. All the staff here are super nice and they answered all my questions! I like that they email you for an update after your visit. It is definitely on the pricier side but it is worth it if you need to have your pet see the vet right away. I will definitely come back again.Report

I’ve had pets for over 40 years and I’ve seen many veterinarians. I give Bond 10 stars. The staff is knowledgeable, sincerely caring about both the pet and the pet owner. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The entire staff is sincerely pleasant and caring. The best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. (And I was told my pet would be passing soon. He was 18 and lived a blessed life. I brought him back when it was his time. They were so gentle with both me and him.)Report
