10-4 Tow of Sacramento

Dealing with this tow company was not a good experience. My boyfriend and I needed a tow from the freeway. We happened to spin out in the rain!! We were told 1 hour. We waited 1 hour and then another hour and a half. Every time we called to get an ETA we were told 10 mins. AFTER WAITING 3 AND A HALF HOURS. We canceled. It wasn't until we CANCELED that they called us back to see if we still needed a tow. Stating it would be another 30 minutes. We called another tow company and they came within and hour! Felt as if they lied just to keep us on the line.

Needed them to tow a bicycle. The dispatcher was very friendly and related to my experience. It was assuring. Driver was very friendly and professional. Outstanding company!

Phone # doesn’t work. How do you run a business if no one can contact you?

Very polite, had everything taken care of with towing my car to the shop. Quick to answer my call, waited a tad bit for the tow but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this company.

I have never wrote a review before but it worth my time. It was the worst service ever! I set up a tow from off Capitol city freeway and the woman that dispatches I believe her name was Julia. She told me the estimated wait was 60 minutes to 90 minutes as i pulled up to the location it was at the hour said. I waited another hour before i called the she said he will be there in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited that another hour before i called her back she said the driver would call and never did. The police showed up to tow so i called back she said driver would call again. 30 minutes later he showed up and said he just got the dispatch then. I would never use this third party company again. The dont even tow.

The driver was very friendly and helpful. My car make it to its location safe and sound. Thank you

Had a blowout on Del Paso Road thanks to pieces of Blacktop from a pothole that I never saw at 7 a.m. in the morning. As I didn't have AAA I called your towing service to come help me. I knew it would be a while before you got there but you got there as quickly as you could the gentleman that was there was so kind and quick that I was back on the road by quarter to 10 so I could take my car into the dealership to have it fixed. I now have Triple A but I would highly recommend your service to anyone and everyone. Thank you for being there for me when I needed help.
