Bad Customer Service. Do not recommend this tow service at all. I was told that the car is going to be towed in matter of 30 mins but in fact it was done after and hour. Then the person who was towing the car was so unprofessional by saying “if you’re not there right away, I will take your car back to the yard and won’t wait even min. Then you’ll have to pay extra for it”. There was no update on car being picked up or not. Called customer service for about 11 times and they kept on putting me on hold. Mechanic waited 45 mins past his off time just so he can park the car in his shop. No professionalism was seen in any of the team member and they were all rude. Pathetic service.Report

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I called this company at 9:30am. They told me they would be at my location in a half hour. I called two hours later. Where are you? We are on our way was what they said. They made me PAY by credit card over the phone before they would send the driver. After four hours, I called back and they told me the same thing! "We will be there shortly." I canceled the tow.Report

I have AAA service only be denied Towing so I had to go to an alternate Tow Service who came in 10 minutes after waiting 89 minutes for AAA to receive a phone call they could not come get my car thank you Ali's Tow great service!!!!Report

Was told I would hear from the driver shortly waited an hour then called back and waited 30 mins on hold for them to say it’ll be another 30 mins. Got a call 30 mins later saying it would be longer for the truck to get to me waited an additional 30 mins for the truck before I started looking for another tow truck only to find out they sent the tow truck to the wrong address entirely, I wish I had ordered from a different company as I was in a hurry to get back on the road for a funeral.
