I previously gave them a wonderful rating because I had a great experience with one of their former dentists. When I went back, first of no care for patience, no understanding of my personal needs and completely rude. I've waited 2h (when rescheduled to be seen at a time of their convenience). Then I was being pushed to get to get a procedure that I wanted to think about and consider my best personal finances. Ultimately, I should not have to explain why I don't feel comfortable with something, or if I need the time to think about it. Their prices were also ridiculous and no transparency of procedure or what to expect. They promise you a lot, but wont deliver. I feel bad for the few people who are actually nice there and trying. I'm certainly not going back and will continue to make sure no one else gets this experience. Don't get impressed by the marketing and superficiality around it, it's a for profit clinic, not one for care.
