They will do everything possible to hold onto your payment as long as possible, even if you make it well before the due date in order to accumulate more interested in your account.
I paid my loan off and had a zero balance, and wanted to close my account. I paid well before the due date and my statement end date. Then they added more interest to my account. You cannot pay more than what the statement says by design from Yendo.
I asked for a callback from a manager and never received one.
I want my title back, and I am going to reach out to the states attorney general.
