Western River Expeditions

We had a truly amazing trip to Costa Rica with Western River Expeditions!! Every transfer went smoothly, the resorts were fabulous, the food was over the top and we could not rave more about the service from all the staff and guides. It was a trip of a lifetime. We loved Costa Rica and the inenerrary that Western River put together.

But seriously, this trip is a once in a lifetime, amazing experience lead by some truly great and wonderful human beings. I seriously love them.

100% recommend. 7 day, 6 night rafting trip down the Grand Canyon, certainly the best way to see and experience it. Side hikes to waterfalls and swimming holes, 5 star meals, huge white water rapids and amazing history and geology to see. The guides go above and beyond for each guest. Best trip ever and certainly should be on everyone's bucket list.

We rafted the Colorado River for 7 days and 6 nights last week. This was my fourth time down the canyon but the first with Western. My experience with WRE was by far the best. The staff shares a passion for the Grand Canyon and imparts these feelings to their clients. They possess an extensive knowledgeable of the geology, history, and wildlife. All four of our guides provided exemplary service with seamless efficiency and were friendly and accommodating to a fault.

A most memorable family adventure! Thrilling for our 13 year old grandson. Time spent at the Bar 10 Ranch was extremely enjoyable. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. The guides on the river had safe rafting skills and were also informative, fun and good cooks!! :)

What an amazing trip! This was truly a once in a lifetime experience and I am SO glad I experienced it with Western River. The whole process was excellent, from the reservation, the information leading up to the trip, the river guides, the food, the experience, everything. I can't recommend Western River Expeditions enough!!!
