The experience was amazing. I got world class customer service from the person who helped me check in(Andy)and to the technician (Cruz) who worked on my car. Very professional and I will highly recommend to others.

Joel Esparza is the dream car salesman! Totaled my car and had been shopping around for a good used one for about a week and was getting really annoyed with the pushy salesmen at other places. When I found a car that I wanted to look at at this place, Joel was incredibly helpful, not pushy AT ALL, and answered all my questions. He's the rare honest salesman who truly cares about his customers. West Covina Nissan is super lucky to have him. He made my really stressful car situation so easy and now I have a great car and I don't have to deal with car nonsense over the holidays! :)

Andy Santana was professional, prompt, and courteous! That was correct a year ago. Not so professional anymore! On November 16th, 2021 Andy did what is known as a "bait and switch" for an oil change coupon. You come in for what is advertised then the sales rep lies to get more money out of you. Andy argued and yelled at me in front of other staff. Andy and the manager Augie both unprofessional. Worst experience at west covina nissian.

They tell you they'll do something then they don't, they'll tell you all the cleaning equipment is locked up so they can't clean up a mess in a car before they show it to you. I left and bought a truck somewhere else.
