Our diagnostic radiology services are licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and our radiologists are board certified by the American College of Radiology. In addition, all of our mammography services are also licensed and certified by the American College of Radiology and the FDA. Our nuclear medicine services are licensed and accredited by the PA DEP and the ICANL, Intersocietal Commission for the accreditation of Nuclear Labs. Vascular ultrasound is accredited by ICAVL, Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Labs. Ultrasound is also accredited by AIUM for Obstetrics and Gynecology. CT Scan is accredited by the American College of Radiology. Results of each test are sent directly to your doctor and the results are kept on file in our Radiology Information System. If you are admitted to WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital your doctor will have access to all of your previous reports. WellSpan GSH Radiology offers the availability of testing: Diagnostic radiographs Fluoroscopy Computed tomography (CT) Nuclear medicine/SPECT imaging Peripheral vascular (PV) lab Interventional radiography Exams are performed on an emergency basis for inpatients and emergency department patients. The radiology department at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital has imaging services available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The department also maintains various locations throughout the county in order to offer the public convenience and ease accessing these services.
