Triple H Insulation

We has insulation blown into the outer walls of our large 2 story house.

The group was great!! They were timely coming in the morning , neat conscientious and thorough.

Ryan from Triple H was very thorough with the inspection and recommendations. He was helpful in getting me a grant to cover insulating the entire attic space. The job performed was excellent, quick and thorough.

Excellent communication before, during and after the insulation work.
It was refreshing to work with a company that confirmed all communication and asked if I had any questions throughout.
The team that did the installation was hard-working, efficient, personable and tidy.

We called Triple H for a free consultation a few weeks ago, and were absolutely blown away by how honest and professional Ryan was. We decided to use them for insulating our attic space, which seemingly hadn't been done since the 1950's. The crew showed up a few minutes early on the install date, and were very respectful and clean from the minute they stepped into our home. They wore footies, and laid down tarps from the entrance, leading all the way upstairs. Once they were finished, they cleaned and vacuumed up anywhere they had stepped. Installation was pretty quick, definitely affordable compared to some other companies in the area, and very nicely done for our attic space. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody looking to get some insulation work done in their home.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience doing business with Triple H. Their staff is amazing! Professional, kind and caring. There rep Paul first came to the house to inspect everything and to go over the different solutions/options/payment options based on our needs for the house. Not once did I feel like we were being sold something. He truly took the time to educate me and my wife as to what would be the best recommendation to help improve our home. Triple H had there crew show up bright and early and got the job done! Thank you to Joe for coming to check on the project after it was done and also to the original crew who did the install. Highly recommended! Look forward to seeing my energy bills go down because of the work Triple H did.

I never write reviews unless I really like or was very disappointed in a service/product. I hate people who leave fake positive reviews on places like Amazon because you rely on other users to help you avoid the frauds and gimmicks. This review is a very positive one, but that is because the work done was that exemplary compared to so many other companies around today.

Triple H was recommended to me when I wanted a second estimate. A friend referred them. They had used them for the same services (Energy estimate, attic insulation, venting and repair). What really sold me is that her husband had NO complaints or suggestions for them to improve their work. I've known this couple for over a decade and not once have I heard him say that about any repair company! I called to arrange for an estimate.

The salesman, Brian E., was fantastic. No pressure. He took pictures of everything because I couldn't climb to the attic to see what he was talking about. He explained everything in simple terms and sent documents to my e-mail so I could research for myself if these suggestions were necessary. He was friendly, personable and when I asked him about services the other company recommended, he was honest and told me I didn't need those and if I wanted it done at a later time, he'd be more than happy to help us do so, but knowing money was tight for us and what we had was functioning fine and no danger, why have me spend the money now? That was a huge plus in my column that he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I knew we didn't need it and that's what concerned me about the first estimate, that the salesman, while friendly, was trying to sell me a $12,000 service I DID NOT need, especially with his knowing our money was tight. When I told him we weren't interested in that, he was still professional and polite, but you could feel the energy change. We decided to go with Triple H and felt very comfortable going forward with Brian that he would take care of us.

When the work crew arrived, Eduardo was our site foreman/supervisor. He came early, explained everything they would be doing, asked if I had any questions and was very friendly, professional and polite. He reviewed everything to make sure the work being done was what we wanted. Even though they were in my attic, it wasn't crazy loud as if they were banging around without regard for my property, you could tell they were taking their time to do it right. They put down tarps and made sure to keep everything clean. We've had many home repair jobs and this was seriously the cleanest any repair crew has ever left our home. I literally found one spec of dirt the size of my pinky fingernail and that was all. When they were done, Eduardo went over everything with me, made sure I was satisfied with the work, made sure I was happy with how they cleaned up and treated my home and told me not to hesitate to reach out if I had any questions. I could not imagine a better work crew foreman/supervisor.

Everything is working as it should and I am extremely happy with using Triple H. A few days after the work was done, Jane at the main office reached out to me to make sure I was happy and had no complaints. I wasn't able to get to the phone, so she left me a very pleasant voicemail with her contact information. When I called the next day, she picked up immediately and was very friendly and provided me with some additional information and links that might be helpful. Even if something had been wrong, I would have felt comfortable talking to Jane to get the help I needed.

From start to finish, this was a very easy and pleasant home repair. While having home repair is never a fun thing, Triple H made it as easy as possible and every person I worked with was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for any home repair needs you have that they are licensed to perform. If we require any of their services again, you can bet I'll be reaching out to Brian first thing.

Triple H came to do a repair in my crawlspace that sustained some damage due to Hurricane Ida (vapor barrier and wall insulation was breached). They were extremely responsive to my request and promptly gave me a specific time and date that they would show up. Their crew came on time, as promised, and worked professionally and efficiently to complete the job. They were clearly prepared with extra material, equipment, and staff so they could complete the job that day depending on how severe the issue was. The crew was friendly and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction; I even got a courtesy call from the office a few days later just to make sure everything was ok.
