D- Service. They did show up on time but beyond timeliness unfortunately the service was awful. Upon arrival they informed us that they would not remove and clean the double panes. After cleaning the outside of one window, I was asked if I was satisfied. I removed the double pain, cleaned it and asked them to rewash the outside because the corners still were not clean on the outside. They stated my expectations were unreasonable, packed up, and left. When I called the owner she simply wanted to argue instead of find a customer service solution. Very poor customer service. Highly NOT recommended.

Janelle and Mike, I am sorry that there was an apparent lapse in communication between our staff and yourselves today. Although you both took the time to write separate one star reviews here, I will respond to both as one entity. My crew arrived on time at your home and immediately noticed that your home has a particular make and model of windows that have a removable panel on the inside. This brand and model is notorious for having structural issues and the inner removable pane is made of proprietary glass with a proprietary UV hard coat on the inside. These panels are well known to be prone to breakage, and cannot be replaced. If you Google "(window company) class action lawsuit" you will see that the manufacturer settled a class action suit in 2014 due to the problems with this model. When someone calls us for an estimate, there are certain "red flag" words that we listen for. Anything that sounds remotely like "inserts", "removable panels", "blinds between the panes" etc. prompt us to ask a few more questions to ascertain whether or not we are dealing with this model. This was never mentioned to us on the phone. We have cleaned the accessible panes of these windows hundreds of times, but have not disassembled one of these units since 2013. We regularly turn down jobs with this type of unit, and would never have accepted a project where disassembling them was in the scope of work. Period. As professionals, my crew immediately noticed and alerted both Mike and Janelle of the issues with this make of window. Mike, who made the call to get an estimate and book us, understood the situation at the time. Janelle was unhappy that we would not be disassembling the units due to the risk involved. My crew then offered to clean a few on the inside and out (without taking the unit apart) to see if the results would be satisfactory, which they did. Apparently Janelle was not happy with the result. While my guys were cleaning, Janelle took it upon herself to disassemble one of the units and clean the inside with Windex, pointing out "look, I can do it, why can't you?". With the interior panel removed, condensation immediately rushed in and fogged the glass, much like a bathroom mirror fogs up when someone takes a hot shower. We have pictures of the window to prove this, and it is yet another reason we don't take these units apart. This was immediately blamed on my crew not doing a well enough job. With the increasing levels of irateness from Janelle, my crew contacted both the office and myself to let us know that this wasn't going to be a project that we would continue with. All of our employees are trained how to handle a situation where a customer becomes irate or verbally aggressive... or in this case, abusive. It is very rare that this happens, but when it does, and there seems to be no resolution in sight, my employees are trained to leave the job site immediately before the situation further devolves. This was the case today. While my crew was packing up, Janelle called my office and berated my general manager while threatening us with bad reviews over and over again. She was very angry that I, as the owner, was not personally present in the office at that moment and that my GM, Nadine, was the person that was there to assist her. Judging by the other reviews left by Janelle here on Google, we are not the first company to have an issue like this. Communication and setting realistic expectations are the cornerstone of my company's customer service. I firmly stand behind the way my staff proceeded throughout this incident. We have done everything we can and attempted to go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy the Swifts. I sincerely hope you find a company that better suits your needs, but we will not be doing business with you anymore.

Was very clear about the need to clean windows with removable inserts. I was told that was part of the cleaning. When crew arrived they said they did not remove the insert and clean inside. We asked them to continue and do the outside and inside. After 20 minutes they decided they could not get the windows to appear clean because of the inserts and made a decision to refund our deposit without even discussing it with us. They did put things back together but left us handing with no window cleaning done at all.
