Vehicle towing…nice guy came out and even took my car to the Cadillac dealership. My issue is I was over charged for additional equipment of which none was used as I watched. I spoke with the representative and she quoted 190.00 but charged 285.90 for a two wheel drive. I reached out to them and the driver of which stated you are correct I will call them. The call center staff were of no help terrible service, nice driver, but shame on you guys overcharging customer. It was a long day, no sleep and car troubles. This did not make my day any better.Report
