The Wave Car Wash

Only reason for a 3 star rating is that the consistancy of their wash. I buy the top package when I got through so it really doesn't please me when there are still bugs all over my front and and the rear is half way done or not done it other times

Closed for computer reset. I needed my car washed so bad! Oh well, see you next time I'm in New Bern!

Went there today to get my car washed, and my card wouldn't work. The young gentleman said to go on thru. After I cleaned my car I went in to make sure they were paid. The manager and the other gentlemen around him told me it was an issue on their end, some kind of glitch and I was good to go. They just made this mama's day off a great day! This post was not all about getting a free car wash. I posted this because everyone who worked there today were so polite and professional.

Hi Mr. McClease, We are terribly sorry that this happened to you. I spoke with the assistant manager whom you dealt with yesterday. The General Manager should be reaching out to you about your 2007 Tahoe within the next 24 hours.

The place is awesome with its bright lights and etc, but it moves along a little faster than car wash places; also the car behind you looks a little to close, but other than that my car looked amazing. I will definitely go back.

Car wash malfunctioned. Caused another car to hit mine and refuses to fix!!! Do not use!!!!

Hi LeAnne, I know that the site manager and district manager have since spoken to you about this situation. When you keep your hands on the steering wheel while your car is on the conveyor after the attendant and the large sign at the entrance tells you not to, your vehicle will 'jump' the roller that is pushing your car through the tunnel. This will in return push you into either another vehicle in front of you, or in your situation, cause the car behind you to collide with you. This is not the wash's fault. It is the fault of the driver of the vehicle responsible for hopping its roller. We even had camera evidence that your hand was on your steering wheel at the time of the incident.

Several choices of car washes. Cheapest is $12 and goes up to $25. You can pay for a monthly fee for unlimited washes. Got the $16 wash. They scrubbed tires and sprayed off wheel wells. After wash could use vacuum, air sprayer and cleaning clothes. Can roll through without even coming in contacting with a person.
