I enjoy living at the Rockwell. It's very quiet, nice amenities. There are issues with recycling & trash. Many residents continue to not break down boxes for recycling, or will put plastic bags/non recyclable items in the bin. This will raise costs. It's frustrating that adults can't seem to grasp this simple task!

Nós gostamos muito de morar, tivemos alguns problemas com o funcionário do office anteriormente, porem sob nova direção agora esta excelente, o gerente super educado e geralmente nos atendem com rapidez e eficácia. A área de lazer é excelente, o lago no fundo atrai bastante dias quentes, meu filho fica muito a vontade no condomínio.

We just moved to the Rockwell, and we have nothing to complain about, from the day we came to see the apartment (Bryanna attended and was extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process of renting the apartment) until now, the community is clean, very quiet, and has a beautiful view?
