Mark Sherman is a very nice guy. will not take your money needlessly. I had time left over on my consultation. I tried to explain. His office staff hung up on me not once but twice two different people. Mark ended up giving me his cell phone number. when you need to do that, that's when some secretaries need to get fired. you should not pay $650/hr for treatment like that. office staff beyond not professional. let this be a lesson, you could be the best professional in the world but the people who answer the phones can make or break you. you will bleed money with unprofessional staff. I see it all of the time

Mike Bivona and Mark Sherman have represented me during some very stressful situations. They are highly knowledgeable, skilled and professional and probably one of the few attorney groups who will not back down when facing up to authorities. Their fee arrangements are fair and less confusing and they were highly, really very responsive to all clients' needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
