Carlos and Dre were very professional, expedient and thorough with my installation. Took all the time needed to make sure I was 100% sure I could install and remove the netting before leaving. Highly recommend for all pool owners with small children.

KatchaKid did an amazing job installing our custom fit pool safety net. The on/off process is very ingenious and easy to do. I would definitely recommend this company if you need a pool safety net.

We had a pool net installed last year. I originally wanted the fence but their sales person worked hard on his convincing to talk us into the “safer” pricey net. Worst choice ever.
The fact is that no matter how fast I try it takes me 15-20 minutes to put the net back on myself (I’ve timed it) and that’s IF the latches don’t pop off other sides as I walk around trying to hook the others. Which happens every time. I’m definitely frustrated. I wish we’d have gone with the pool fence and not the net at this point. It’s only adding safety if it’s on and it’s such a hassle and frustrating to do, that I forgo it most of the time. It gets caught on our level hot tub tile edges which cause me to have to walk on slippery tiles to reach it to pull it over and ice cold water if it’s not nice weather :(
We have a weekly pool person who cleans our pool and he won’t take it off or put it on for liability reasons (which is understandable) but I dread the whole thing. I sweat every time putting it on, it’s a workout pulling and tugging and bending over hooking over 50 hooks on the ground! This has only been my fall/winter experience???!
With summer coming up and almost daily pool use, forget it!! This is so disappointing. Not only that but once tightened it’s still allows a low amount weight to push it into water surface and if my 14 month old was to fall on it his arm could possibly go through the net he potentially could be stuck with him face down and no way to get himself off and possibly still drowning face down. Which defeats the purpose. One could say “no amount of time is worth their child’s life” sure sure but also fine when you’re chasing a Toddler around is limited and who wants to spend 20 minutes a day putting on a net and 7-10 taking it off. I don’t have those extra 30 minutes daily for a net.

Only do this if you can’t have a fence safely installed. Get your children ISR lessons with the money instead! We did that and it’s amazing.

Keep in mind how much time you’ll spend. I was shown a text from a customer that says his pool took 7 minutes to put the net on!! His pool must have been tiny and no latches popping off places you already stuck them on as you’re going along the edge doing it !

Great product and company. Bob came out to do an estimate and was very knowledgeable and answered our questions/concerns. We decided to move forward with a safety net and cover on our pool, and Santos came to do the install. Santos was very professional, and made an impressive custom cover on site. After the install he walked us through the removal and re-install process. Great company and finally peace of mind with the kids around the pool. Worth the money.
