The Cozy Perch specializes in interior redesign and decorating, furniture rearranging, new home decorating, holiday and special-event decorating and home staging. Interior room redesign is the concept of using presently owned furniture and accessories and creating new, fresh and more inviting spaces within our clients' homes and/or office space. Rearranging furniture, redefining areas for art work and accessories and consulting with clients, we help to freshen up areas within the home that need a new look. Room redesign is an affordable and fun way to redecorate your home or office without purchasing all new furniture and/or accessories. It is a more affordable option to redecorate your home or office rather than hiring an interior decorator. We also offer holiday and special event decorating services which include such things as Fall and Christmas decorating. We specialize in using our clients' existing holiday decorations and budget for the design project. Holiday decorating includes decorating an entire home for the holidays, including mantle or door decorating and decorations throughout the house. We also offer Christmas decorating service to businesses. Special event decorating for parties, showers or other important occasions is also available. Home Staging is a service we offer to clients who are placing their homes on the real estate market and desire to make their homes showcase ready for potential buyers. Working with real estate agents, as well as for sale by owner clients, we will use your existing furniture and accessories, as well as money budgeted for the redesign, to prepare a home that is on the real estate market for a quick sale. We also offer the service of MLS photos to be used on real estate MLS listing sites. Accessory and furniture shopping is also available for clients who prefer that we make suggestions for a room's redesign and redecorating project. All of our services are based on client budget and available furniture and accessories within the home, as well as decorating suggestions we make.
