More About The Aviary

The Aviary is a boutique fitness studio near Northeast Minneapolis offering full body workouts as well as classes that focus on arms & abs, lower body, flexibility and yoga all using aerial hammocks. The workouts are as challenging as you are willing to push yourself since you use your own body weight and gravity to manage the intensity. Working out doesn't need to be boring, in every one of our classes we teach a handful of basic aerial poses and inversions to keep you engaged and excited about what's coming next. Absolutely no experience is required for our Intro to Aerials class, it is designed to be appropriate for everyone.
