The 2 young men who repaired the back panel of my chimney were polite, prompt, professional, and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend using this company

Professional, courteous, timely and efficient. We have used S&L on two houses, and will always go back to them. They have done chimney repair and gas log work for us. Great experience!

The service tech arrived on-time. He was polite, professional and thorough in his work. He exceeded my expectations in that supply items were not an extra cost. Further, the tech was to provide an estimate for replacing my chimney cap. He did a visual inspection and then went into the attic to inspect the inside area around the chimney to see if leaks were visible.

I didn't know that this kind of customer service still existed. Lane was so incredibly knowledgeable and gave us the answers that we have been seeking for over a year. We are excited to know exactly what we need to do and will absolutely use Sweeps and Ladders to install a ventless fireplace. So impressed!!
