Brendan at Stride Pest Control is fantastic. He came to our home and treated all the areas we asked. We have a toddler and pets, so we had a lot of questions. He calmly explained everything to us and it made us feel at ease. Brendan is excellent at communication, he lets me know when he is about to arrive so I can secure my dogs and wrangle my toddler. We are very happy, especially with not seeing any ants, wasps or scorpions. Thank you!

I used Stride Pest control for a few times with Caleb. Caleb was really good about listening to me and doing what I prefer with the bug termination at my house. However, due to us moving we decided to cancel the agreement with Stride Pest Control. I emailed and left a VM with them a month prior to my next future appointment. Instead they decided not to heed the instructions and came to my property while I was selling the home and do their routine appointment. I called them and they told me they did not receive anything from me?! How? I told them what else am I supposed to do if I am trying to cancel service and giving you a month's notice. Stride Pest Control continues to harass me for payment when I was told by one of their reps they would not bill me. This is ongoing for months. Because of this matter I would give them 1 stars!

I happened to see stride across the street at a neighbors house and they were able to give an estimate and treatment same day. Very professional and detailed.
