Staybridge Suites Phoenix-Glendale

Pretty presentable clean and very modern I'd love to stay but not very friendly at reception

Beautiful room/suite, the bedroom has a door, the kitchen is modern and the breakfast is ??

Everything was great except for the breakfast it's always the same thing. Other Staybridge I have stayed had a pot of rice bigger selection of fruit different style of eggs not just one style. A bigger variety

Our room itself was comfortable. However, when the remodel took place small things were overlooked. The bed was not easily reached on the left side because the tv stuck out from the wall too far. The bathroom door could not move over a bath mat. We were in room 330, and the people right above us had a squeak in the floor which kept waking me up. Plus, the elevator is very noisy.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. Our overall stay was good, and we will most likely stay here again.

Good hotel, had a great sleep everynight. Staff was very accomodating. Good selection of food and drinks. Pool was nice, workout room was a decent size.

Very clean rooms, great location to the 101, friendly staff, nice pool area and guest computers.

This will be my permanent stay whenever I am in Arizona. Wonderful customer service and amenities was excellent. Free washing and Happy hour. The breakfast was one of the best in my hotel stay history.??????????

The room was clean and roomy. We had a two bedroom suite with two full baths, kitchen and living area. We had everything we needed for a homelike stay. Breakfast was included (downstairs) and they offered a nice variety. The hotel location was nice too, plenty of entertainment, shopping and restaurants nearby. Customer service was courteous and attentive.

I've been here a week and wanted to put off reviewing because I'll be here through December but after today I think I need to. I've stayed at Staybrudge before in Miami, FL and it blew me away so I was hopeful for the same thing. I am disappointed. The hotel is a bit older based on the shower stains and other telling details. There are stains on the pullout couch. The kitchen is tiny to the point thst the fridge doesn't open all the way, nor does the microwave or the below cabinets. I have not had housekeeping and was told I would be on the schedule for Sundays so when I did not get service I called down to the front desk. The lady said she would get in touch with housekeeping and call me back. Well I didn't get a call so I walked down to the desk to find her sitting at the front counter reading a book. I said to her since I didn't get a call back that housekeeping must be gone. She told me no they were still here and would get to me tomorrow. In the mean time I have trash in my room, dirty towels and linens. Im not so upset by that but more by the non chalantness and dismissal of my needs. Ill update my review as things change.

Great hotel, and location.
The staff was friendly, and accommodating.

Just minutes walk away from the NHL arena, and the MLB ballpark. Ample restaurants in the area.

The kitchenette, and cookware make this a great place for extended stays.

My only complaint was the room I was assigned.
It was next to the smoking pit, as well as parking.

If your staying for longer than a few nights, try to get off the ground floor.
