Staybridge Suites Atlanta - Midtown

This hotel was contacted prior to stay. Requested a clean quiet upper floor room. Was informed recently renovated hot breakfast great location. Was placed on 20th floor the noise was if I was on the highway. Poorly insulated windows and loud noise all night from road traffic. Difficult to sleep. I question the recent renovation possibly poorly done. The hot breakfast was a bagged microwaved croissant and whatever was in the case or cold cereal.

I wish I was able to have 2 beds instead had to wait for check im and didn't have room available

I have stayed at the crown plaza and have been very happy. In the same building we stayed at the staybridge for the kitchen convenience. It is a totally different feel and not in a good way

Except for the housekeeping slow response to my request for linen and towels. And I am still waiting for my bill via email.

We enjoyed it! Great location and valet service. We loved having a room on the upper levels.

Positive: Location was great. Negative: It's was very dirty. Red stains on the pull out couch. Bedding dirty looking. Carpet not cleaned. Phones didn't work properly. Could not get a hold of anyone for additional things that we needed..sheet and pillows for the pull out.

It was VERY DIFFiCULTT to l o cate the Front Entrance however a del I ghtful estay after that.

Very poor customer service, front desk staff were very disrespectful. Tiffany and Kareem or Kadeem (11 PM person) do not know how to handle unsatisfied customers. The night manager was helpful. Waited over 5 hours for bedding and towels. Pull out mattress had a huge brown stain on it and I was given only a fitted sheet to cover it and sleep on. I asked for another mattress but was told they didn't know if there was another one. I also asked if I could at least have a mattress pad, it took a second trip to the front desk to resolve this as well as asking for the manager.

The Staybridge hotel in Atlanta was great for our convention. Easily accessed with bus or car. Staff was extremely friendly. We only had to travel a couple of blocks to reach Olympic park and Ferris wheel. 10 minuet drive to convention center. Located on a main thoroughfare.
